1. Information We Collect
We are committed to not collecting your personal data when you use SoftCleaner. The app:
- Runs locally: All scanning, analysis and cleanup happens only on your device.
- Anonymous diagnostics: Crash reports and performance metrics (device model, macOS version, anonymous session ID) are collected only when you explicitly opt in.
- App Store purchase info: Managed directly by Apple; we don't access financial information.
2. Use of Data
The anonymous diagnostic data we collect is used solely to improve app stability and fix bugs. This data is never sold or rented to any third party.
3. Data Retention
Scan results, file lists and app preferences are stored only on your Mac, in a sandbox container. All this data is wiped when you uninstall the app.
4. Third-Party Services
SoftCleaner uses no ad networks, analytics SDKs or user-tracking services. Our only connections are:
- Apple App Store (license verification and updates)
- Apple Notary Service (app signature verification)
5. Children's Privacy
SoftCleaner does not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If we detect such data, we delete it immediately.
6. Your Rights (KVKK & GDPR)
You have the following rights:
- Request access to your data
- Request correction or deletion
- Request that processing be stopped
- Request data portability

7. Changes to This Policy
We announce material changes to this policy via in-app notification and on our website. If you don't accept the changes, simply uninstall the app.
