1. License
By downloading SoftCleaner from the App Store, Softblock Solutions grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer or modify the source code.
2. User Responsibility
Because SoftCleaner accesses system files, the user is responsible for confirming files to be scanned and deleted. The user is responsible for important files deleted by mistake.
- We recommend backing up important files before deletion
- Quarantined files can be restored for 30 days
- System files are never touched; SoftCleaner only cleans safe categories
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
SoftCleaner is provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranties that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We accept no liability for data loss, hardware damage or indirect harm.
4. Subscription and Refunds
Premium subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Apple's refund policy applies for refund requests; you must contact Apple directly.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the app for illegal purposes
- Attempting to bypass license verification
- Using the app in ways that harm other users or systems
6. Termination
Licenses for accounts that violate these terms may be revoked without warning. Fees paid are not refunded upon revocation.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction in case of dispute.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced inside the app; continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
